9月26日晚,中国农业大学 MBA 教育中心《助力中小企业国际化发展——人才支持与实践探索》讲座在经管学院116教室成功举办,讲座围绕中国中小企业出海人力资源支持和MBA 学业规划等核心议题展开,MBA国际班教师代表刘红波教授、杨金朝副教授以及国际企业嘉宾、校友代表,一起为在场师生带来一场兼具专业性与实用性的交流盛宴。讲座由中国农业大学 MBA 教育中心教务主管刘兰兰老师主持。
On the evening of September 26, the lecture titled " China Agricultural University 120th Anniversary Series of Events – Academic Forum on HR Preparation for SMEs' Globalization" organized by the China Agricultural University MBA Education Center, was successfully held in Room 116 of the School of Economics and Management. The lecture focused on key topics such as human resources support for Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises going global and MBA academic planning. Prof. Liu Hongbo and Associate Prof. Yang Jinchao, representatives from the MBA international class, along with guests from international companies and alumni representatives, delivered an insightful and practical exchange session for the attendees. The lecture was hosted by Ms. Liu Lanlan, Academic Affairs Supervisor of the MBA Education Center.

During the opening session, Professor Yang Jinzhao, delivered speeches successively. He shared the Center's educational philosophy and resource advantages from the perspectives of MBA education development, discipline construction, and student cultivation, providing attendees with a clearer understanding of MBA studies and career development.

Professor Liu Hongbo from the MBA Education Center of CAU delivered a presentation titled "Human Resource Support Strategies for Chinese SMEs in Global Expansion." Analyzing the topic from multiple dimensions, he systematically elaborated on the core framework and implementation pathways of human resource management during the internationalization of SMEs, offering a professional sharing that integrated theoretical depth with practical guidance for practitioners and students in related fields.Professor Liu emphasized that enterprises must align their HR strategies holistically with internationalization objectives, while balancing the relationship between globally unified management and localized adaptability. She also highlighted the importance of anticipating and mitigating risks in compliance, labor practices, and talent retention. The presentation provided both forward-looking theoretical insights and actionable recommendations, serving as a valuable reference for Chinese SMEs navigating human resource challenges in global markets.

Regarding personal development, Zhang offered actionable advice, encouraging students to accurately identify their core strengths and concentrate their time and energy on refining these into a definitive competitive edge, rather than attempting to remediate every weakness. Furthermore, he highlighted the distinctive value of the International Program in broadening global perspectives and enhancing cross-cultural communication skills, urging current students to proactively leverage international educational resources to build a solid foundation for future global competition.
