Priyank Bhardwaj，联合国开发计划署农业保险全球基准研究合伙人。Priyank Bhardwaj拥有近20年农业企业工作经验，涵盖农机具营销、战略研究及管理咨询领域，聚焦可持续增长。在与国际机构、政府及私营部门合作伙伴开展项目方面业绩卓著，涉及粮食安全、农业金融、出口贸易、农业科技、林业气候智能型农业等多个领域。他具备多国工作经验，致力于价值链战略制定、投资促进、创业扶持、包容性发展、农业保险及前瞻性解决方案的推进。

Priyank Bhardwaj: Partner of UNDP Global Benchmark Study on Agricultural Insurance. Nearly 20 years of experience across agribusiness, covering farm machinery marketing, strategic research, and management consulting with a focus on sustainable growth. Strong track record of working with international agencies, governments, and private sector partners on projects spanning food security, agri-finance, exports, ag-tech, forestry, climate-smart agriculture, and more. Experienced in multiple countries, contributing to value chain strategies, investment promotion, entrepreneurship, inclusion, agri insurance, and future-ready solutions.

Enock Sing'oei，联合国开发计划署金融韧性办公室副主任。EnockSing'oei是保险与风险融资机制(IRFF)的农业与气候保险专家。曾担任全球及区域负责人，主导非洲和亚洲地区的农业与气候创新项目、市场体系发展计划、资源筹措以及项目设计与实施工作。他拥有工商管理硕士学位，是国际劳工组织影响保险机制成员。他热衷于支持降低低收入群体风险、改善其福祉的项目。

Enock Sing’oei: Deputy Director of UNDP Financial Resilience Office. He is IRFF’s agriculture and climate insurance expert. He has been global and regional lead on agriculture and climate innovation projects, market systems development initiatives, resource mobilization and program design and implementation across Africa and Asia. Enock is a Microinsurance Master 2020 alumnus and a fellow of ILO Impact Insurance Facility. He holds an MBA, a diploma in Human Resources and certifications in insurance, social innovation and climate finance. Enock grew up on a farm an is passionate about supporting projects that decrease risk and improve well-being for low-income people.
